How do payments work?

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The balance is due 2 weeks before your event. If you book your event within two weeks, full payment is due at time of booking

I want tray passed appetizers, how does that work with staffing?

You’ll need an additional 1 staff per 20 people for tray pass and any additional non-food service set up that may be needed.
